Today the fourth generation of Jyoti Caterers is taking its legacy further with the same passion and commitment. New cuisines from around the world have been added, but authenticity has never been compromised for novelty. But then, even our Indian cuisine is a result of acquiring the best chefs from the region. To cite you an example, the Kadhai Milk which is relished with delight by the people is prepared by the most reputed chef from Mathura. Amritsari Chole, Kulcha, Kolkata Chat and other regional dishes also have similar regional experts who play a key role to bring out the authentic flavour and aroma.
